Halftime
I've been negligent of this blog lately, especially when you consider how much fun I had this weekend. When there's nothing to write about, it's easy not to write, but I have no excuse this week.
Ben came up on Sunday and we had a little two person Super Bowl party. He brought two very exciting party favors: a three-foot long Italian Combo and an HDTV. I provided the liquid excitement in the form of beer, Jack and Coke. No, I didn't drink them altogether, nor did I drink too much of anything. The game was sufficiently exciting, the sandwich was outstanding and it was great to see Ben again.
Photos and video will be added later. In the meantime, I sit and await my interview next week and my vacation the following week. Oh, and I went ahead and filed some more job applications recently. I had been putting that off for a while but now my eggs are no longer contained in that one basket I have on the 14th. With any luck, this will mean more interviews and more opportunities. If not, well, the applications didn't cost anything.
