Baby Steps
Dad went to his gym this evening and I went along. I spent 33 minutes on that "stepping" machine where your feet don't actually leave the pedals...I don't know what that thing is called but it felt pretty good. I inquired about what it would cost to come back to the club every day for the rest of the summer. It would be $200, more than I thought because it's a pretty small place. Maybe it's worth it. I need to get in on this exercise thing soon if I want to see any results.
For dinner tonight I ate a veggie burger from a local deli (no bun, of course) with a serving of cottage cheese for protein. Call me a pussy but it was pretty damn tasty.

Holy fuck me sideways, that's great.
Bang that low carb, low fat, high exercise action. Dan, I'm really impressed. Bottom line: you did look thinner this weekend. And based on the fare at said party, I was inspired to make dinner tonight. I banged Vietnamese marinated, wood fired, eye round with guacamole on Semolina garlic bread, mesclun topped, tonight. I'm going to persue this steak sandwich thing; I feel it's an underdeveloped art. But the drinks I served: A german Weiser with a clean bitter finish, hit with a sweet German raspberry distillation comically called "himbeer" to fill out the taste. Who's beer? HIM BEER. I dropped a fresh raspberry in each flute; they would complement the planned finale. Dessert: Black Cow Chocolate Ice Cream(local creamery which offers a rich, low melting point ice-cream - almost gelatto-like)in a ramekin; garnished with fresh mint leaves and two raspberrys - dappled with the German raspberry sauce.
This seemed to go over well; tongues worked their way into the corners of plate and dish, chiseling and stealing at any last morsel. Eyes scowered other's plates for unattended eats and forgotten drippings.
ALRIGHT, enough, Dan, get skinny. Grab that rock hard cock, look to the sky, and howl like a savage. It's time to take over and get yourself a gorgeous, deserving woman. And job. Yeah.

Thanks for more praise, everyone. Let's not jump to any conclusions yet. After all, this isn't the first diet/exercise regiment I've started. I just want it to be the first to go somewhere.
Hyde, I will check out that Y tomorrow; their website was nothing but big talk and no prices.
Trout, I'm very curious as to who got to eat all that. And I had no idea that the Black Cow Ice Cream had a low melting point. Sometime you'll have to explain to me what advantage that offers. I just thought it was damn delicious.
