Kinda Bummed

This afternoon the Yankees lost a crazy game to the damn Red Sox. They should have won. They were, at one point, up 9-4. They nearly blew the lead, immediately surrendering 4 runs. Later, they loaded the bases with no outs but failed to score. The Sox scored three in the ninth on Mariano Rivera, something that should never, ever happen.

I'm totally pissed. Thank god the Yanks are still up by 8.5 games.

Feedback:
Hey Dan
I did not watch that game but I saw the fight clips on the news today.

Remember the Catwoman movie? I was determined to NOT see it. I knew it was going to suck. But I wound up taking one of my residents to the movies and guess what he picked?

Oh my god. It was probably the worst movie I've ever seen. Halle Berry dies but is saved by getting mouth to mouth with a cat and suddenly she has cat-like powers and tendencies...like eating canned fish from the can. And there was a lot of confusing editing. In one scene Catwoman is dancing in a club and then suddenly fighting in an alley. Dan, I could hear your voice in the back of my mind saying, "Whoa. What just happened? I don't understand...she was dancing...now she's fighting!" And the villian was the Supermodel head of a cosmetics company (played by Sharon Stone.) It was painful. It was worse than Daredevil.

When an athlete is found to be juicing they take away their medals. I think the academy should go to Halle's house and take back her Oscar. It's over, she's done.

I'm all for that plan. Let's grab Cuba Gooding's prize while we're at it.

I just checked it out - Catwoman actually pulled in $17 million this weekend. The good news is that was only third place, but still...$17 million? Are there really that many Halle Berry fans?
